Phase I: Begins with a comprehensive look at your goals and expectations.


Phase II: If your company does not have a Vendor Central™ account yet, we will ask
Amazon to send you an invitation. We will assist you in negotiating your program, product
selection, and pricing strategy with Amazon.


Phase III: Develop a go-to-market plan with unique channel strategies to meet these
goals (Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Drop Ship Central and Amazon Seller Central).


Phase IV: Launch- Review the plans with you.

• Provide you with monthly status reporting, business analytics, and forecasting to give you
a clear picture of where your business is and where it's going.


• Work with you to prevent charge back issues and mitigate them when they do occur.
